DURIBLE does not own any physical stores at the moment, however if you are really interested in the feel or fit of the products, you can contact us via the Contact Us section and we can schedule a meeting at our location. We will also be present at several fairs in Rotterdam and its surroundings, but more information on that will soon follow!

Payment & Delivery 

As soon as the order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. The delivery methods that you can choose between are:

 

  • Standard Delivery via PostNL - 4,00 EUR supported by the customer;

  • Pick-Up at Posthumalaan 120, 3072 AG Rotterdam - FREE.

The customer will receive a phone call from one of DURIBLE's teammembers to set a specific time and date to pick up the order.

 

Free shipping for orders over 50 EUR is ensured by DURIBLE. The delivery of your products should take approximately 3-10 working days. 

 

You can choose the following payment options:

 

  • ING Payment Request - from any bank in The Netherlands;

  • IDEAL - from any bank in The Netherlands

  • Manual transfer - to DURIBLE's bankaccount (for international bank accounts); 

  • Cash or debit - at our pick-up point.

Return Policy

Should you encounter any damages to the products, you can report this issue within 30 days from receiving the order. If the 30 days are passed, the return can no longer take place.

If you are not satisfied with your t-shirt, you can send an email to info.durible@gmail.com to return the item for another color or size or receive a refund. 


DURIBLE will not pay the return costs, however, we would very happy to replace the defective product with a new one. 

If you would prefer not to receive another product and would rather be refunded, the process will take up to 14 working days after the return is confirmed and received.

You will eventually be refunded using the same payment method that you have previously used to purchase the items and a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. 

Terms & Conditions

​1. General 

​

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all the orders placed by the customer using the DURIBLE website, mobile version of the website or telephone. 

 

By using durible.nl, the customer agrees to the Terms & Conditions of DURIBLE and is therefore bound to these. The customer is advised to read and understand the terms & conditions before placing an order.

 

DURIBLE accepts only individuals aged 18 and over as their customers, who are not under guardianship and are not acting in the capacity of a company. DURIBLE reserves the right to selectively choose or restrict areas of delivery during certain times of the year (public holidays). This aspect may affect the delivery of the products, in which case DURIBLE asks you to read the Payment & Delivery section. 

 

DURIBLE reserves the right to stop the availability and/or production of the products at any time.

 

DURIBLE reserves the right to update the Terms & Conditions periodically without prior notice to the customer. The newest version of the Terms & Conditions will apply to the order placed by the customer.

 

DURIBLE reserved the right to ensure that the customer agrees not to:

 

  1. Post, redistribute, upload or promote any content that may harm the business or negatively impact the reputation of DURIBLE;

  2. Make use of any device that may disturb the use of another customer of the DURIBLE website;

  3. Copy or reuse the information available on the DURIBLE website.

2. Price & Delivery

The prices stated by DURIBLE on the official website do include the Value Added Tax, however, there is a possibility of charging an additional price for the delivery. The customer is advised to consult the Payment & Delivery section of the website to see whether the chosen delivery method requires additional prices.

 

The different prices for each delivery method will be available to the customer during the check-out process, before the payment section.

3. Order & Contract

​

Ordering a product of DURIBLE can occur on the DURIBLE website available for both PC and mobile. 

 

The moment an order is placed, it is analyzed by DURIBLE team and a confirmation email will be received by the customer. Should any obstacles stop DURIBLE from successfully processing the order, an email with information about this unfortunate event will be received by the customer. DURIBLE will also start the refund process as soon as the informational email is sent. 

 

An order will be confirmed and later processed by DURIBLE only if the total amount of the shopping bag surpasses a minimum of 22 EUR.

4. Canceling an Order

​

If the customer wishes to cancel or return the order that has been already placed, this process can take place up to 30 days from receiving the order. For more information about returning aspects, the customer is advised to consult the Return Policy section of the website. In any case, DURIBLE will not cover the costs for the return of the products and they will, therefore, be supported by the customer. 

 

If the customer wishes to cancel or return an order, he/she is advised to consult the Contact Us section of the website. 

 

If there are any unfortunate occurrences or discrepancies regarding the production of a DURIBLE product (print, price, availability, temporary offers), DURIBLE reserves the right to cancel the order at any time.

 

5. Return

​

A full refund of an order from the DURIBLE website is ensured to the customer following section 4 of the Terms & Conditions (Canceling an Order). The full refund is sent to the customer via the payment method he/she has previously chosen if the product is received back by DURIBLE in the same condition. 

 

6. Payment Methods

​

DURIBLE uses the following payment methods: IDEAL, ING Payment Request, Manual transfer, Cash and Debit (for pick up).

 

The customer must keep in mind that DURIBLE does not accept gift cards as payment methods.

 

The customer will be provided with an email containing the invoice for the order he/she has placed after the order has been confirmed by DURIBLE.

7. Liabilities

​

There is no exclusion of DURIBLE’s liability to be held reliable within the limits stated in the Terms & Conditions.

 

DURIBLE is not responsible for the failure to deliver the products in the case in which the delivery conditions are extreme (fire, flood, storm, war, riot, terrorist presence).

 

DURIBLE’s liability to the customer related to an order may be maximized up to the entire price of the order.

 

8. Colors

​

DURIBLE ensures intensive efforts for the accurate representation of the colors of the products in the pictures provided on its website. However, DURIBLE can not be held responsible for the color inaccuracies caused by the customer’s computer system.

 

9. Guarantees

​

If the customer observes a defective product in the order, DURIBLE abides by all statutory regulations. The customer can contact DURIBLE using the information provided in the Contact Us section of the website and further details will be discussed with a member of the team.

 

10. Assignment

​

DURIBLE reserves the right to pledge to the third parties any claims of payment that arise with regards to the delivery of DURIBLE’s goods.

 

11. Ownership of rights

​

All intellectual property rights of DURIBLE remain under DURIBLE’s ownership. Any use of DURIBLE’s content besides the personal use of the customer is forbidden without DURIBLE’s permission.
